1. ABOUT HAPPY DRAGON CAKES
Happy Dragon Cakes specializes in homemade cake pops crafted with care in a home kitchen environment. Please note that all products are made in a kitchen that is not subject to commercial food safety inspections. Happy Dragon Cakes qualifies for the class exemption from operating under a registered food control plan or national programme, which only applies to making and decorating shelf-stable cakes in a home kitchen for sale direct to the consumer.

2. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of our home kitchen, Happy Dragon Cakes cannot cater to customers with severe food allergies or celiac disease. Our products may come into contact with common allergens, and cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out. Customers with allergies or intolerances should exercise caution before purchase.

3. PRODUCT QUALITY AND REFUND POLICY
We take pride in delivering high-quality cake pops. In the event that an item is defective or damaged due to an error on our part, Happy Dragon Cakes will replace the item free of charge.

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your request and respond accordingly.

4. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
Standard orders are generally paid in full at the time of order. For large orders and events, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable before delivery or pick-up.

We offer home delivery services within the Wellington region. Delivery costs will vary depending on the location of the delivery address and will be communicated at the time of order.

For customers choosing to pick up their orders directly from us, please note that Happy Dragon Cakes will not be held responsible for any damage to the products that may occur after the order has been collected.

Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. Happy Dragon Cakes is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5. PRICE CHANGES
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, Happy Dragon Cakes will honor the price for all orders that have been confirmed and paid for prior to any price change.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
